Will Your Innovation Level Drop In 2022? This Quiz Predicts Your Future

Following two years of industry upheaval, an era of hyper innovation is predicted for the near future, according to a study from tech company Citrix. Is your innovation program on track to crush the competition in 2022? Or does your strategy look more like a game of follow the leader?
As a futurist who’s helped organizations anticipate change for nearly 20 years, I often assign a simple quiz to assess the innovation aptitude of a unit or entire company. Any size organization can use it, from start-ups to global corporations, but it should be completed by at least one person in a leadership role. From there, you and your team/s can discuss results and decide on solutions.
Begin by answering the following eight statements with “Yes” or “No.” Answer individually and aim for radical honesty in your assessments.
1. Whether we’re remote or hybrid, there’s clear evidence of healthy dialogue between orgs, units and levels.
2. We hire people with diverse backgrounds and the majority of our teams reflect a variety of experience, perspectives and personality styles.
