A lifelong student of human behavior and performance, Alain Hunkins coaches CEOs, executives, managers, and front-line employees, and has facilitated for over 1,000 groups worldwide. His programs for Conflict Resolution, Networking, Creative Thinking, Communication, and Innovative Leadership have been utilized from executive boardrooms to Riker’s Island Correctional Facility.

Through 15 years of field experience, he believes the key to facilitation success starts with a client partnership and identifying desired outcomes. Alain has worked with organizations of all sizes from Costa Rica to Hungary, including Fortune 500 companies like CIT, Nike, HSBC, and BAE Systems. He’s also sharpened his facilitation skills through his years of work for many New York City organizations.

Alain earned his BA from Amherst College and his MFA from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He’s also a certified Leadership Challenge facilitator and administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. When he’s not bringing one of his kids to basketball practice or planning his next backpacking adventure, he serves as a trainer for ManKind Project International, which helps men discover and live their missions in their families, communities, and workplaces.
